The closing ceremony in November will take place in Latin America. With the theme of “Shared Culture”, it sets out to promote mutual understanding and friendship through cultural activities.

Under the framework of jointly writing a new chapter in the partnership of comprehensive cooperation between China and Latin America and the Caribbean, more events will be staged with China taking the lead role.
