Speaking about the agency's prospects, He Yong, CEO of HCG Travel Group, says: "Outbound tourism in China has been burgeoning since the year 2000," adding that the agency had sent over 300,000 tourists to Europe by the end of last year.

He adds that to further improve sevices, the agency has set up a quality management system to collect customer feedback.
