During his talk with Cambodia's Tourism Minister Thong Khon, Luo stressed the importance of cultural communication and tourism in the Sino-Cambodian strategic partnership.

2019 marks the China-Cambodia culture and tourism year, with both sides expressing strong interest in boosting visitor numbers and organizing major cultural and travel events.
