"Over the three-day event, visitors will be able to drink coffee made by Pan Zhimin and Li Zhen, who were respectively crowned champions at the 2017 WBC China Barista Championship and the 2019 WBrC China Brewers Cup," founder and editor of Walking with Coffee Gao Xue said, adding "the Few Coffee roaster Chen Shenghao will bring to the event the beans that won sixth place in the 2019 World Coffee Roasting Championship."
Having organzied three indie coffee festivals in Beijing over the past few years, Gao said she hoped to "grow Coffee Youth Day into a tradition among Beijing's coffee lovers, and they'll visit it like going to a temple fair."
