起哄 (qǐ hòng)

Become a spectator; “crash” an event; encourage trouble

例：看见别人举办婚礼，他就跑过去看热闹，跟着起哄。

(kàn jiàn bié rén jǔ bàn hūn lǐ, tā jìu pǎo guò qù kàn rè nào, gēn zhe qǐ hòng)

Seeing others holding a wedding ceremony, he would run over to see what’s going on.
