Chinese New Year gala held in Tokyo, Los Angles

On February 7, the gala "All to welcome the spring" is held in Los Angles, the US. (People.com.cn/Chen Yiming)

As one of the Chinese New Year celebrations sponsored by Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of the State Council, the gala "All to welcome the spring" was held in Tokyo, Japan on February 9. Over 700 overseas Chinese in Japan watched the show. Many spectators said that they were proud of Chinese culture and the show brought them back to their motherland.

On February 7, the gala "All to welcome the spring" was held in Los Angles, the US. The show that lasted over two hours gave the spectators a wonderful experience of Chinese culture.

The gala will also be held in Seattle, Chicago and Boston of the US and Halifax of Canada.
