Unique intangible cultural heritage of Hebei province such as the ancient inkstone of Yishui, the inner painting of Hengshui, the stone sculpture of Quyang will all show up on this ICCIE to showcase the excellent cultural heritage of Hebei province, and its achievements in developing featured cultural and creative industry and expanding cultural market.
On the exhibition, the visitors may appreciate the Hebei style inner paintings, which adopts special drawing techniques of traditional Chinese painting. Oil color was first adopted to draw portrait in inner painting, breaking the limit of using only watercolor, which is called a great act of combining the western and Chinese characteristics. Currently, there have been over 40,000 inner painting practitioners, and the inner painting products have seen an annual sale of over RMB1 billion, which have made the inner painting become one of the art industries with the most impact and strength.
You can also learn the home-spun cloth weaving technique of Xingtai on the exhibition. Series of products such as cloth apparel, beddings, home ornaments, kid apparel, cloth shoes made with traditional techniques will be exhibited and sold at the exhibition site. All the products boast of exquisite handicraft, folk patterns as well as features of nature.
