Myanmar Vice President Nyan Tun will come to China and attend the opening ceremony of China-ASEAN cultural exchanges year and other activities from April 7 to April 9 at the invitation of the Chinese government.

Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Hong Lei made the announcement here on Saturday.

Myanmar is taking the rotating chairmanship of the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) this year.
