The exhibition Xu Beihong - A Master and His Masters was on show in China’s cities such as Beijing, Shanghai and Zhengzhou. One hundred and twenty-three paintings by Chinese art master Xu Beihong and art masters from the National School of Fine Arts in Paris were on display. Among them, works by Xu Beihong's four French mentors from the time Xu studied at the academy were on display for the first time in China.
