The first Ottawa Ice Dragon Boat Festival was held on February 17 and 18, 2017, at the Dow's Lake. People wearing Spring Festival scarves participated in the dragon boat contest, and took part in the lion dance, taking pictures with their families and friends on the joyful occasion.
