Cultural Activities: The center holds performances, exhibitions, art festivals and all kinds of contests.

Teaching and Training: Courses on language, Chinese culture and other activities like sports and exercise are available at the center. Short-term projects are also included.

Exchange of Ideas: The center organizes academic forums, lectures, seminars and exchange activities of Sinologists for better understanding and communication between peoples.

Information Services: Libraries are set up to provide China-related information or data, to introduce Chinese culture and history and offer facts on the status quo of modern social life in China.
