As a symbol of Chinese civilization, the ancient Xi'an City Wall is the best preserved architecture of its kind in China up to now.

In September, 2014, the historic and cultural blocks at the South Gate of Xi'an City Wall opened to the public, presenting a brand new look featuring a wide square, straight imperial roads, and majestic copper rosefinch lampposts, which stand in perfect harmony with the moat, battlement and round city park.

Symbolizing the starting point of the ancient Silk Road, Xi'an City Wall is once again unleashing its time-honored appeal to the world and ushering in a new chapter of the era.
