The hairstyle Shen Meizhuang was wearing in this picture is the typical hairstyle of aristocratic Man women, on the higher side there were two silk-made flowers called “Gonghua”, only seen in palaces where they were used as decorations .They also appeared in one chapter of the Dream of the Red Mansion.
