“Tunisia Culture Week”, co-hosted by the China Ministry of Culture, Tunisia Ministry of Culture and the Embassy of Tunisia in China opened at the Capital Library of China. Ding Wei, vice minister of the China Ministry of Culture, and Mourad Sakli, minister of the Tunisia Ministry of Culture, attended the opening ceremony. This activity is of great significance as it comes just as the two countries celebrate the 50th anniversary of establishment of Sino-Tunisian diplomatic relations. .
Undertaken by China Arts & Entertainment Group and the Capital Library of China, “Tunisia Culture Week” is a companion event to “China Culture Week” held last month in Tunisia. These activities are witnesses to increasingly intensive cultural exchanges between two countries as well as their solid and profound friendship.
