The Opening ceremony will be held in the Beijing Tianqiao Arts Center from March 24 to 25.
As a multi-tiered and all-round arts gala, the festival attracts more than 100 artists to perform on the stage.
Chinese Culture in Latin America, a core part of the China-Latin America and Caribbean 2016 Year of Culture Exchange, will be held throughout the year.
China’s Ministry of Culture, in cooperation with domestic firms and organizations, will host a variety of events including a Sino-Latin America Dialogue on Think Tank, as well as a symposium, speech, seminar, workshop and competition.
With the theme of “Shared Culture”, the closing ceremony sets out to promote mutual understanding and friendship through cultural activities.
