Introduction:
The Phnom Penh China Cultural Center was inaugurated by President Xi Jinping and Cambodian Prime Minister Samdech Techo Hun Sen on October 13, 2016, during Xi's visit to Cambodia, in order to boost cultural exchanges between the two nations.
It's jointly established by the Chinese Ministry of Culture, the Yunnan provincial Publicity Department and the Xinzhi Gormances, exhibitions, seminars and competitions, are held here, attracting political, cultural and educational elites, local Chinese and Chinese-Cambodians.
