Hebei: Exhibiting the Prosperity in Cultural and Creative Industry
On this ICCIE, Hebei delegation will exhibit the prosperity in cultural and creative industry in two aspects: the new cultural and creative products and the intangible cultural heritage. On the exhibition, Hebei will focus on introducing its five cultural resources—the Red Taihang Mountain, the grand Great Wall, the Just Yan Mountain, the Featured Beijing Border, and the Developing Bohai Area, to be built with great emphasis during the 12th Five-year Plan period, which involve over 130 investment-invitation projects. The unique geological advantage of Hebei province; new achievements and famous cultural brands developed in the 11th Five-year Plan period; state-level cultural industry model base and state-level cultural industry experiment park as well as key projects of cultural industry of Hebei province will also show up on the exhibition.
Two key projects of cultural industry will be introduced.
As one of the key projects of cultural industry in Hebei province, the large-scale real-scene performance--“the Zenith of Kingdom-the Crowning Ceremony of Emperor Kangxi”, which made its debut at Chengde, Hebei province, will step up stage during this ICCIE in Beijing. Various exhibiting means such as video playing, photo exhibition, excellent performance as well as on-site interactive will be adopted to showcase the cultural connotation, cultural value and the charm of Chengde city as a historical and cultural city. It’s learned that the large-scale real-scene performance--“the Zenith of Kingdom-the Crowning Ceremony of Emperor Kangxi” is the core project of the Zenith of Kingdom Cultural Park—a key project of cultural industry of Hebei province during the 12th Five-year Plan period. With an investment of RMB200 million, the performance is carried out in an mountainous region of 9000 m2 at Yuanbao Mountain in Chengde city by nearly 1000 actors and workers and 200 imported horses, which makes it the first and largest real-scene performance with royal cultural theme in the world.
Another key project of cultural industry of Hebei province—“Langfang Acrobatics Valley” will also show up on this ICCIE. This project is themed of “Integrated World, Integrated Culture”, and is planned to build 5 parks, i.e. the Acrobatics Valley Park, the World Culture Park, Ecological Culture Park, Script Creation Center and Health Center, centering on “culture, leisure and business” functions. It aims to build an acrobatics cultural industrial base of world level, a cultural park featured with participation and experiencing.
