Zheng Xiaolv

Zheng Xiaolv, born in 1986, distinguishes himself as a writer from the southern part of the country. He also works as editor of a literary magazine. He’s published many novellas, and one novel about a child growing up in the era of family planning.

Zheng said he's honored to have the chance to introduce his works to the translators present, but feels that translation may cause missing links when it comes to the literary quality of "southern writers" like him, whose works are known for their subtle and delicate wording.
