Di An, born in 1983, is a literary icon to young readers. Born to veteran writers Li Rui and Jiang Yun in Shanxi, Di An has an educational background in France. Her novels easily make the bestseller lists.

She is also editing a literary magazine. On themed issues, she'd invite established writers from the older generations to engage in dialogue with the younger audience.
